Luxury Toilet Hire Pricing
At Cubes on Hire, we provide premium ground-level luxury toilets designed for weddings, private events, corporate functions, and high-end gatherings across Hawke’s Bay. Our pricing is simple, transparent, and reflective of a quality service experience.
This unit has two stalls in the women's side and a single stall & urinal for the men. Both have a basin and mirror along with flowing soap.
Standard Event Hire
$2,400 + GST per unit
(Up to 8 hours / up to 150 guests)
Includes:
✔ Delivery within urban Napier Hastings area, setup & pickup
✔ Fully cleaned, sanitized & stocked unit
✔ Premium ground-level access (no trailer)
Power and water connection is required. hose and power cord are supplied.
Servicing (Pump-Out + Clean + Restock)
If your event runs more than one day, or has heavy foot traffic, on-site servicing ensures the unit stays fresh and fully functional.
Standard Service: $350 + GST per visit
After-Hours Service (6pm–7am): $500 + GST
Includes:
✔ Pump-out
✔ Restock of consumables
✔ Full wipe-down and sanitization

- RAIN POLICY: You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as 24 hour notice is given.
- OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-6 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.
- CLEANING: All units are cleaned and sanitized before use.
